Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

ContentKick does not ship any physical products. All deliverables (images, animations, 3D visuals) are provided digitally via the RenderThat Hub or secure download links.

2. Delivery Timeline

After a completed order, briefing, and file submission, ContentKick aims to deliver the first version within 5–7 working days.
Final delivery depends on:

  • The number of revision rounds

  • Client response time

  • Project complexity (e.g. AI vs. CGI)

3. File Formats

Deliverables are provided in the formats listed on the respective product page (e.g. PNG, JPG, MP4, WebGL, etc.).
If specific formats are required, they must be agreed on before production starts.

4. Notification

You will receive an email notification once your files are ready to review or download.
All communication and delivery takes place digitally via email and the RenderThat Hub.
