Return and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Production Start

Once production has started — meaning that a complete briefing and all necessary materials have been submitted — no refunds are possible. Production resources are reserved and costs are incurred immediately after kickoff.

2. Corrections and Responsibility

We do not offer a general satisfaction guarantee.
However, if the delivered result does not match the approved briefing, we will investigate the issue. If the deviation is due to our error, we will correct it at no additional cost.

3. Accidental Orders

If you place an order by mistake, please email support@contentkick.media before production begins.
We will cancel and refund the order if work has not yet started.

4. Internal Production Management

Freelancer scheduling and workload distribution are handled internally. If a freelancer becomes unavailable, ContentKick ensures continuity and quality. Clients will not be affected by internal team changes.

5. Client Inactivity and Delays

If a client does not provide required feedback or files within three business days,

  • The project may be paused, and

  • Delivery timelines may shift accordingly
    We will notify the client if a delay is likely due to inactivity.
